Formerly the Colorado River, dried out due to unknown reasons, Hoover Canyon now serves as a way for gaining access to Kai-sar's Hill through one of its slot canyons.
The entrance to Kai-sar's Hill is located close to and east of Hoover Dam, and prominently marked by a pinball machine (xx055cca)
